CANCELLATION POLICY
Elevated Events
Our larger events take a huge amount of time and preparation in order to make them the highlights of our calendar year. As such our Festivals, New Years celebrations, Halloween and Makers Markets are non refundable events. This means these paid-for events will not be refunded if you decide to cancel at anytime.
Treatments
Your appointments are very important to the team members at Birch Wellness. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours' notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- For appointments made within the 24 hour period, No shows will be charged 100% booking fee

Workshops and Classes
Before making a booking, please note that all workshops and classes booked at Birch are able to be cancelled free-of-charge up to 72-hours prior to the start time of your booked activity. After that time your booking is non-refundable and you will be charged the full amount, not depending on whether you attend.
If you book a workshop within 72-hours of the start time of your booked activity, your booking will be non-refundable.
