Join our resident PT for our small group Personal Training class delivered once a week for 6 weeks, this class has been created to help you find your Mojo before the summer really kicks in! The class has been put together enable all fitness abilities attend, the class focuses body conditioning, increasing your resting metabolic rate (the rate you use calories at rest), and gets the natural endorphins buzzing around. A mini one to one consultation with the PT is included to ensure you get onto the right path!
