Robin Gill will be collaborating with Sam Buckley from Where The Light Gets In, Stockport.

Whilst working together on a project during lockdown, Robin and Sam became enamoured with the cooking and writing of women such as Jane Grisgson, Elizabeth Luard and Elizabeth David. Their vigorous research of local cuisines from around Europe has led to a style of cooking that highlights the simple joys of eating and drinking with friends as the warmth of true hospitality.
Robin and Sam's menu is inspired by their nimble selection of springtime vegetables, fish and shellfish which is refined further by wines that will be available from Modal and Tutto, selected under the expertise of Alessandra Tasca.

8pm til 10pm.
The Zebra Riding Club.
